Over To Starbuck

Okay, Starbuck has a good assessment of the 30 June shenanigans we can expect. Ordinarily, I'd jump on the band wagon. But I'm too close to the situation to write or assess without editorializing and getting out of my lane. And for a variety of reasons, I'm in a really, really bad mood, and that would probably bleed over. Maybe someday, when I'm in my dotage, I'll re-visit Mosul circa 30 JUN 09. Right now, I'll let Starbuck do the talking, which he does well.
